A clearer brief.
A better-planned order.
Prepare the product list, drawings and site requirements together. An agreed specification helps keep the quotation, prototype, production and installation aligned.
Procurement questions, answered.
What should I send for a fixture quotation?
Send the store type, floor plan or reference images, fixture list, dimensions, quantities, preferred materials and colors, lighting needs, destination country and target delivery date. Identify any site or mall requirements.
Can you work from reference photos?
Yes. Photos help establish the design direction. Dimensions, material specifications, quantities and installation conditions still need confirmation before a firm quotation or production drawing can be prepared.
Is there a fixed minimum order or sample policy?
Minimum quantities and sample arrangements depend on prototype requirements, material approval, structural testing and the planned batch. Share the fixture list so the appropriate approach can be reviewed.
How are multi-store orders organized?
Use standardized item references, approved drawings, materials, color samples, hardware and packing labels. Quote prototype and tooling requirements separately where applicable, and prepare a quantity schedule for each store.
How long does production take?
The production schedule depends on drawing approval, material selection, quantities, complexity, finishes and packing. Confirm the project details before agreeing a production and shipment schedule.
What is checked before shipment?
The agreed inspection scope may cover materials, dimensions, structure, finish, lighting, hardware operation, trial assembly, packing and labels. Third-party inspection can be coordinated according to project requirements.
How are fixtures packed for export?
Packing is planned around the materials and shipping method. Options include foam, corner guards, glass protection, surface film, plywood cases, crates, pallets, component labels and packing lists. Knock-down construction is reviewed where suitable.
What installation support is available?
Assembly drawings, labeled components, packing lists and remote coordination can be discussed for the project. Site measurements, wall fixing, electrical connections and local installation responsibilities should be agreed before production.
From inquiry to shipment.
Requirement review → quotation → drawing and material approval → agreed payment milestone → production → inspection → packing → shipment coordination. Exact responsibilities and timing are confirmed for the order.
