Materials that work
as one collection.

Start with the product, the store environment and the approved design. Coordinate substrates, visible finishes, hardware and lighting rather than selecting each surface in isolation.

Metal frames & hardware

Mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel occur in the project records. Choose the profile, wall thickness, connections and finish for the fixture’s span, intended loading and installation conditions. Powder coating, brushed finishes and plated accents are distinct options.

Wood, panels & surface finishes

The documented options include MDF, plywood, veneer, melamine and laminate, as well as PU-painted cabinetry. Approve the substrate, edges, visible surfaces and finish sample together; a veneer appearance alone does not define the core material.

Glass, acrylic & worktops

Glass shelving, tempered and laminated glass, acrylic parts, stone and solid-surface worktops appear in specific designs. Specify the thickness, edge detail, support method and handling requirements for each component.

Lighting & branded details

LED integration requires an agreed light color, power supply, wiring route, switching, channel, diffuser and maintenance access. Logo panels, metal or acrylic lettering and illuminated areas are coordinated with the brand artwork.

Samples, drawings & approval

Use signed material samples and component drawings to lock colors, sheen, texture and assembly details. A finish or dimension recorded for one historical project is not an automatic specification for a new order.

PROJECT EXAMPLES

A reference, not a fixed recipe.

BHPC records combine walnut veneer, painted cabinetry and powder-coated metal. The AL HILAL package specifies brushed stainless steel and brand-colored components. MIMO & CO drawings coordinate joinery with children’s fixture proportions.

These are project-specific material directions. A named material, thickness or finish code from one drawing does not apply automatically to another product.

Before production approval.

  1. Confirm the fixture dimensions, intended merchandise, loading and site connections.
  2. Agree the substrate, metal section, glass specification, hardware and lighting requirements.
  3. Approve color, texture, sheen, edges and branded elements against samples.
  4. Resolve drawing revisions, trial-assembly requirements and the agreed inspection scope.
  5. Confirm packing, component labels, installation information and delivery responsibilities.
